The Canoodling Selfie

I'm trying out a new term: the "canoodling selfie". And I've debuted it in an article for Sleeklens just in time for Valentine's Day. As a matter of fact, my wife, Gloria, and I have been doing it for years. We now have a pretty extensive collection of photographs where we are cuddling, kissing or otherwise demonstrating a bit of lovin' for the camera. Wait. That sounds a little risqué. Pretty innocent stuff, actually. I've seen wedding kisses more lurid. At any rate, here's the link:

For my pixels, I think Death Valley is one of the best places in the west to photograph. It's got huge landscapes, intimate landscapes (especially inside the hundreds of canyons there) and incredible, however fleeting, light.
